Amid a flood of good wishes from relatives, peers, mentors and future colleagues, Santos Castillo, Mark Cote, Christopher Floss, Daniel Hoehn and Patrick Murphy were ordained to the priesthood by Bishop Joseph L. Imesch June 5 at the Cathedral of St. Raymond in Joliet. As harmonic sounds reverberated throughout the stately edifice, the seminarians moved toward the front of the worship place, preceded by nearly 100 diocesan priests and over 40 deacons. The soon-to-be clergymen were met with loving glances and heartfelt smiles from friends and family members as they approached their seats in the front pews of the cathedral.
