Rev. Patrick J. Mahoney will leave roses to honor those killed during the Tiananmen Square massacre and also to pray for those who are being brutalized under the current Chinese regime today. June 4 marks the 20th Anniversary of the Tiananmen Square Massacre. Rev. Mahoney will leave the roses outside of the Chinese Embassy on Thursday, June 4, at 11:00 A.M. The Chinese Embassy is located at 2300 Connecticut Ave. NW. During the 2008 Summer Olympics Rev. Mahoney joined with Christian leaders Brandi Swindell and Michael McMonagle to hold the first ever public faith service in Tiananmen Square to honor the victims of the massacre.
