Representatives of Starboard Network-, a national Catholic radio network based in Green Bay, WI, came together today with leaders of the Archdiocese of Chicago to formally introduce Starboard Network-s relevant radio- programming to the Chicagoland area and to announce a collaboration with the Archdiocese of Chicago-s own expanding radio initiatives.

Starboard Network launched its relevant radio- programming in Chicago and many national markets in late April, and airs programming for three hours daily in Chicagoland through brokered time on 820 AM WCSN. Its flagship program, Morning Air- with Jeff Cavins, is broadcast weekdays from 7 to 9 a.m. CST. On June 2, the Archdiocese of Chicago began airing an hour of its locally produced Catholic Community of Faith programming from 9 – 10 a.m. (encompassing some 15 individual shows, both live and pre-recorded) immediately following Morning Air.
