TAMPA – A federal judge will not block the removal of Terri Schiavo’s feeding tube. Bob and Mary Schindler must again look to a state appeal court, and perhaps the U.S. Supreme Court, in their bid to stop the scheduled Oct. 15 removal of their daughter’s feeding tube, U.S. District Judge Richard Lazzara advised Friday. Lazzara said he has no jurisdiction to get involved in Florida’s business, despite a plea from Gov. Jeb Bush asking him to do so to keep Schiavo alive.
