What should the Church and scientists learn from the “Galileo affair”? We must read the Bible and the book of nature bearing in mind that they are the work of the same Author, and that there can be no contradiction between them. We must be careful in our interpretation of the Bible, and remember that it teaches us how to go to heaven, not how the heavens go.
