Today, as billions of Christians across the globe mark Easter Sunday, we at LifeNews.com wish you and your family a very blessed day. This is a day of rejoicing and celebration, but it came on the heels of Good Friday — the black Friday when the closest friends, follwers and family of Jesus mourned his death. Reflecting back on the pro-life events thus far in 2010, there are great parallels to the death of the Savior — but there is good news, too. As the pro-life movement celebrates Easter — or Resurrection Day for those of us Christians who are tired of the commercialization and secularization of the day to honor our Savior rising from the dead and conquering death and hell — we are also looking forward to a resurrection, of sorts, of the pro-life movement.
