The Wanderer reported in May of 2003 about a program called Talking About Touching, which is “provoking considerable opposition from Catholic parents who say it universalizes the mental and emotional abuse of children and creates havoc in families. Although the 15-lesson program has only been implemented over the past eight weeks, a grass-roots coalition of parents with children in four Catholic schools in Lowell, Lynn, Westwood, and Norwood, Mass. are organizing to stop the program, which has been mandated by the archdiocese.”

The TAT program is discussed in detail in this article, and guess what? It has probably also been discussed – and may even be implemented already – at your Catholic school without you knowing anything about it. In the upper right hand corner of this web site is clickable button that will get you the name and address of every Catholic Church in Illinois. If your parish or your relatives’ parishes have schools, please call to find out if they are abusing your family members with this vile program.
